Community Documents / Overview

Requires licensing. The organization must be using MAGIQ Documents.

Community Documents (also known as Publishing Portal) provides a secure web based gateway for citizens, clients, councillors and other authorized users to access nominated folders and documents without having direct access. For example:

  • Citizens: council forms, minutes, news and notices.
  • Councilors: confidential access to agenda and management reports requiring login/password.
  • Contractors: project reviews & submit progress reports.
  • FOI: access to authorized documentation.

Alternatively, documents can be accessed publicly such as Municipalities Minutes and Agendas or Municipalities policies.

General Publications or My Documents - these are the groups defined in your configuration. It is a way of distinguishing between what is publicly or privately accessible.
