Website and Mobile App Enhancements/Fixes

  • News - Articles display the correct date.
  • With Enterprise Integration turned on, the following items are visible/hidden from Connect:
    • Display status of service request. Once the status is changed for example, from AwaitingReivew to Completed, it will take 1hr to display.
    • Edit - option has been removed.
  • Connect:
    • Get Location - toggled on by default so Rome does not display.
    • unable to create a connect. Returns error of "Unknown exception was thrown by handler. Exception: Internal Server Error".

Website

Enhancements

  • Organization:
    • Date and time format - select the date format and time zone for dates to appear correct in news, connect and notices.
    • Enterprise Integration - new service request API for MAGIQ Enterprise. Includes:
      • Upload of attachments/images.
      • Correct mapping of fields.
      • Return status update of service request.
      • Email customer service when a new issue has been created. This configuration is done within MAGIQ Enterprise.
    • Language Globalisation - used for our American customers. The word organization changes to organization.
    • Introduce settings - displays information to assist the ratepayer on using Community Engagement.

Fixes

  • Insights - menu item displays when license toggle is off.
  • Logout - 'Reload' message displays.
  • User Management - unable to edit a user.

Mobile App

Enhancements

  • 'More' menu changed to 'Menu'.
  • 'Menu' displays tiles for options.
  • 'Log out' has moved from 'My Profile' to 'Menu'.
  • Introduction popup - Displays information to assist the ratepayer on using the app.
  • News articles will be opened direct to website instead of details page.

Fixes

  • Notices:
    • Filter - selecting an interest and location will return the correct result.
    • With a notice opened, unable to go back.
  • Connect:
    • Unable to create a connect.
    • Service Request Status - a space is between AwaitingReview.
  • Menu - double tap to open "Organization".
  • Introduction popup - ticking 'Don't show again' applied to all organizations.
