Website and Mobile App Changes

  • Issues/Requests - Remove Incident types if Enterprise Integration is configured.

Enhancements

  • 'Rejected Requests' removed if Enterprise integration is configured.
  • Notices now have a hyperlink title.

Fixes

  • Edit an issue returns blank request error.
  • Update password criteria warning message.
  • System names in Enterprise and Insights settings are incorrect.

Mobile App

Enhancements

  • Account - Notification settings has moved under 'Manage My Notifications'.
  • Connect (Issues/Requests) - view - location is now displayed.
  • Removal of hamburger menu option.

  • New menu option - More - provide a menu option that will have 'My Profile', Organization and other items. For example

Fixes

  • Notifications were not being sent to devices.
  • Fixed typo on 'Manage my Notifications' button.
  • Removed 'Notification Settings' into modal of 'Manage my Notifications'
