Provide Feedback - organization name included in email for support to recognise where the email has come from.

Logging stopped working due to change in APIs. (Zendesk #74997)
Change in logic, system now saves the connect when first created, regardless of whether we receive an SR Number. If an SR Number is returned later, it will be updated accordingly.
Updated placeholder text displays underneath 'Title' and 'Description. (Zendesk #78788)

Retiring an organization, the screen is malformed.
User management - Error displaying red icon next to a user's name.
Dropdown items (such as calendar and display options) move out of place when page is scrolled.

Removed duplicated 'enable location' prompts.
