Upload areas of interests such as walking tracks, dogs, recycling, etc.
This will allow the citizen to choose what notifications they receive based on the interests chosen.

Upload - load interests from a text file. The layout of the text file should look something like the below where the interest is seperated by a comma.

Interest 1, 
Interest 2, 
Interest 3

Create - manually create an interest.

• Enter an interest name, for example Waste Management.
• Click Mandatory if the interest will always receive a notification.
