Website and Mobile App Changes

  • Change 'Requests' to 'Connect'.
  • Change ‘Notifications’ to ‘Notices’.
  • Removed Avatar.
  • Connect – removed ‘Add Message’/’Additional Comments' when creating/viewing an item as two way integration with MAGIQ Service Requests does not function.

Website

Enhancements

  • Choose what loads first. An Organization Admin can choose to have either, News, Connect or Notices be the first page that loads.
  • User creation improvements. An Organization Admin creates a user, this user will be automatically approved.
  • Notices can be edited once sent.

Fixes

  • Analytics - change label of fix MagiQ to MAGIQ.
  • Notices disappearing after refresh.
  • News:
    • Articles generated from an RSS feed are not displaying in correct order.
    • Articles generated from an RSS feed are not being created if another organization has an invalid RSS link.
  • Connect:
    • SR number does not display if connect is created by a guest.
    • Connect created by a guest does not display after account is created.
  • Help - Updated link to online documentation.
  • Changes to Integration Settings to cater for 'My Council' feature.

Mobile App

Enhancements

  • Name in App Store is now ‘Community Engagement’. Previously it was called MAGIQ Engagement.
  • Account – ‘My Page Loading’, change what loads first. Although the Organization has chosen a page to load first, the user can change this if they wish to.
  • Continue as Guest improvements.
  • Push notification will have (updated) in the title if the notice has been updated after being sent.

Fixes

  • Scrolling through list of organization closes app.
