Website and Mobile App Changes

• New Feature - Insights - Display financial information based on certain reports generated in MAGIQ Performance to provide transparency to citizens.
• Organization:
  • Customize Menu - Change 'Connect' to organization specific terminology.
  • Change Organization - search/filter for organization.
• Password validation - Password must be at least 8 characters and include at least one Lower case alpha characters(a - z), Upper case alpha characters(A - Z), Numeric characters(0 - 9)

Enhancements

• With Enterprise Integration turned on, the following items are hidden from Issues/Connect:
  • Archive option.
  • Archived Issues/Connect button.
  • Search - Incident Type and Approval Status.
• News Articles - ability to edit once created.
• Issues/Connect - Search - search for SR Number.
• Notices - ability to edit once created.

Fixes

• Audit Logs - Drop down options of 'User' and 'Action' not in alphabetical order.
• Insights - Group Name - Untick Filter - removes filter and years.
• Issues/Connect - unable to search.
• Forgot Password was not sending an email with new temporary password.

Mobile App

Enhancements

• Simplifed login screen.

Fixes

• Organization - Select organizations - error message of 'Problem loading organizations. Something went wrong, please contact your administrator' .
• Insights - Last card can be swiped.
