Connect / Overview¶
Any citizen can log/report an issue/request for example, graffiti, roaming cattle etc. Or, provide feedback or send praise to the Organization.
Clicking on the item will open the details of the report on both mobile and the web portal.
Number of connects.¶
These tabs only show if you are an administrator.
Connect Raised - Displays the connections that you have raised/created.
All Connect - Displays all connections that all citizens have raised/created.
Search.¶
Search for issue/request, feedback or praise content or use the advanced search to search by date.

Menu buttons.¶
Raise - Create a connect.
Refresh - Refresh the screen.
View Archived Connect (administrators only) - Connects are not deleted, instead they are archived. View the archived to reinstate them. This option is hidden if Enterprise Integration is licensed.
Pending Approval (administrators only) - List of connections still pending approval. This option is hidden if Enterprise Integration is licensed.
Rejected Connect (administrators only) - Display the rejected connections. This option is hidden if Enterprise Integration is licensed.
